Beautiful Options

About a month ago I received the best hair cut @ Beautiful Options, courtesy of Nicole, I asked that my length be kept as long as possible however, i still needed a cut, and she did just that, I loved it. I loved it so much I went back for the Brazilian Blowout treatment, and I cannot stop talking about it to everyone, my hair is now healthier, more managable and it shines on it's own without the help of any products. The main reason why I go to Beautiful Options is for Nicole, my stylist!! Wether I have a new cut I want to try or new hair color in mind ..... I just need to say one or two words to describe my vision in my brain and she makes it reality! She is my very own Edward Scissorhands!!! Nicole is more than a stylist. -she is a Artist. It's nice to go to a place where they do what you say, and update you with current trends and give you the option. I don't like to feel like a project in a chair. I liked the girl that cut my hair and brought my son to her. She makes suggestions and gives you the option to try new things or continue with the style I ask for.\r \r I read the review here and just wanted to post my expierence, because I know one sour apple can sometimes spoil the bunch. Nicole one of the stylist is great with color and terrific with her cuts! She doesn't chop away she listens to what you want , which is very important to me. I don't want to be someone's project sitting in a chair. Pros: Friendly stylist, great ambiance, very hip and up-to-date. more

My little brother who is only 18 and in college bought me a gift certificate for my birthday.\r $ 55.00 for a facial, I had forgotten I had the cert and it’s been a little over a year.\r I called Mamta today to make an appointment for my much needed facial only to be told that\r My gift certificate was expired because it’s over a year. So what now, do I get my money back, No.?\r Can I get a facial, No.? I asked Mamta to kindly ask her Boss Crystal Flora, who is a stylist and owns the salon.\r The salon's name is Beautiful Options Salon, but is under a DBA (doing business as) Name of \r Catalyst Salon.\r Mamta told me that Crystal said that no I could not use the gift certificate.\r I work at a law firm and handle Legal Binding Leases and Contracts for a living, so naturally\r The first thing I asked was If they had that in writing because it’s written no where on the\r Gift certificate and no where was there terms and conditions specified with the envelope\r And other services they perform with Mamtas name on it.\r She said they will not be honoring the gift certificate nor would a refund be issued. Consumers beware.\r I would never recommend this salon to anyone as the customer service is horrible, and \r They are obviously so hard up for money that they refuse a customer with a gift certificate that could\r Have given them more business in the future.\r Pros: Nothing Cons: They are hard up for money and scam artists more
