I?d wanted to try a Brazilian wax for so long but was hesitant because of the pain factor. Tracy was great! She was very fast and very thorough; she knew so much information about skin, and hair growth. She genuinely cares for each of her clients. It shows in her work. Her products are above standard and the cleanliness and warm, welcoming feeling supersede any other place I?ve been to. I also thought that the price was great! I?ve told all of my friends about her and two have already made appts. more

I got a brazilian done with Tracy and she is absolutely amazing. She really pays attention to every detail to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job she has done. I have been to two other places and I found my favorite! She is very gentle and comforting! You will not feel uncomfortable with her at all and if you have questions feel free to ask her...she wants you to know what's going on and why she does everything she does. Highly recommend her!! And she is the cheapest i've found around here so that is a plus too! Pros: Friendly, well skilled, and reasonable price!! Cons: None!!! more

Tracy is so pleasant to be around. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is always happy to answer my questions and explain procedures etc. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable no matter what. She has a very soothing aura - her voice an the way she carries herself. I have gotten the custom facial and a bikini wax from her. The facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. She is gentle yet effective during the facial. The waxing was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I got some of the oil that she likes to use to prevent ingrowns and I really recommend it. I went to Beautiful Me for my second brazilian wax and it was a relaxing and unintimidating experience. Tracy made me feel so comfortable, yet was still extrememly professional. She explained what she was doing, what products she was using and why. It is obvious that she has alot of experience...she gave me a thorough wax in 15 minutes! Tracy gives a fabulous facial that is thorough (even massages hands, arms, feet and neck) and very relaxing. She has a large array of cosmetic products to choose from that will fit your specific needs, and she is great at explaining what you might need and why. I have also gotten waxing done with Tracy and she does a good job making you feel comfortable and making a process that can be unpleasant much more palatable. there is very little i can say about tracy that has not already been said. she is so wonderful. i have had bad waxing experiences in the past, and going to tracy has renewed my faith in waxing. she makes brazilians as comfortable as they can be with her friendly, fun personality. her prices are more than reasonable. and her schedule is extremely flexible. i am leaving austin, and am sure that i will not find anyone anywhere else as good as tracy is. I have had both facials and waxing done by Tracy and all I can say is that she makes the experience pleasant. I found her through another website and I am glad that I took the chance to meet her. I am a male and she makes the experience very relaxing and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the entire process. She makes sure to communicate and trys to make sure the process is quick as painless as possible. Tracy also gives advice during the facial and makes sure that she tells me what is going on and what products are being used. Tracy is great, does an excellent job at both waxing and the facials, and really likes what she does. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for someone to go to for waxing or a facial. I have always been apprehensive about waxing but decided to give it a shot before an upcoming vacation. I called Tracy two days before leaving town unsure if I could even get an appointment. Tracy was able to squeeze me in the next day. I went during a lunch break at work to have my underarms and bikini area waxed. I was nervous going in as this was my first time ever being waxed but immediately upon arrival she put me at ease. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Through the whole process she explained everything she was doing and always made sure I was doing ok. I am amazed that I was so comfortable with the whole process. I was finished in about thirty minutes and went back to work with no problems. Pain was minimal and I only had slight tenderness in those areas the next day. I love the results and plan to return to Tracy in about five weeks! Tracy is the utmost professional, as well as friendly and personable. I've taken advantage of her reasonably-priced waxing services for over a year now. Getting 'manscaping' can be a traumatic event but the staff here make it as pleasant as possible. Very friendly, and compassionate. I've been going here for several months and will continue. Tracy uses the best wax and is a real pro. I had the brazilian wax done for years with hard pink painful wax, the whole time not even knowing it was a bad job until I met Tracy.
