Beau's Tuxedo Ctr

I was highly skeptical about Beau's after reading a terrible review here. But I decided for the price I was willing to take a risk. I'm sick of getting overpriced at Men's Wearhouse. Boy am I glad I went in there. The two gentlemen working there are great. They are very friendly, helpful, etc. The Tux was perfectly fit. The shoes were clean and well polished. The shirt was clean, new appearing, well pressed and starched. The pants and jacket looked new and fit perfectly. I have to say that after getting tuxes elsewhere in town this has to be the best place to go. Whatever you have read negatively about this place is absolutely false and obviously written by someone with an axe to grind. Pros: Price, service, quality more

The new employee at Beau's is a great asset. She is very friendly and extremely helpful. Give them another chance, it will be worth the money. more

I worked at Beaus at the time of the ist review.The shoes are never cleaned,or sprayed with disinfectant.The shirts used from Beaus are washed in the owners own home washing machine and the employees are told to iron them.All alterations are done by employees,who have no knowledge of expertise in sewing.All to save a buck.Thus they do not pay for dry cleaning or sewing.They have a million ""hidden charges"" and I ve seen what they have done to the 1st comment on this poor mans wedding,he will forever have wedding photos which look horrible.They also charge extra $ to various peoples credit cards,so if you do rent from there,be careful and check your statement,there probley will be a surprise waiting for you.There is poor customer service and no consideration for all the $ you spend there.I agree 100%\r with all these comments and do yourself a favor and run somewhere else,do not rent from this place.ALso don't work for them.You will never recieve a payroll stub and they will make up reasons to deduct $ from your pay. An absolute nightmare! The groom's tux looked like a maternity top. The shoulders didn't fit - it poufed out in the front and sagged in the back. It looked like it was fitted by a drunk. I don't think the service could be worse anywhere. The communication between employees must be non-existent; nobody knew what was going on. They are NOT less expensive than the competition, they just look and act like it! Cons: How much time do you have? more

Members of the wedding party had their doubts, and I defended this place early on, until a lot of little ""headaches"" added up. I will say the tuxedos did look VERY nice, but only after some last minute trips back and forth that should not have had to take place. One groomsman's tux was completely off and the replacement came in last minute, the father's suspenders were missing clips, and there was evidently a problem with giving cash back for security deposits after the wedding. There's no way I lost that much weight in a month, So clearly I had been mismeasured to begin with. It's the classic problem of owners leaving people in charge who had not been properly trained and did not coordinate clear record keeping. The owners would leave messages asking for information they were already supposed to have received, then we'd call back only to get the clerks who couldn't understand what we were calling them back about. I tried to do the right thing by supporting local business, but if a groom has to run an errand two hours before the wedding to the tux shop and the owners leave a new clerk in charge instead of coming in themselves to make sure everything fits after knowing there had been an issue, that's stress you do not need on your wedding day. This place could not be more disorganized. My husband had to go in on the day of the wedding because when he went to pick up his tux the day before, one pant leg was a lot longer than the other and the tux was way too big on him. The communication is very poor, as my husband and I were called multiple times to give them information they already had. The customer service is also poor, I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. We had many other problems that are too numberous to write. I would NEVER recommend renting a tux or anything else from this Business. The Service was very Poor. \r They show a strong ""lack of respect"" for their customers. Save yourself the stress....and go elsewhere. Pros: non Cons: Customer Service does not exist more

the tuxedos were nice but poor service. I must have call 10 different times during business hours and no one answered the phone to help me with my questions.
