Showed up on time, was very help full explained the costs went to work. Very important that he had the part on the truck with no second trip. He was very good at finding the problem installed the new presser switch made sure that ever thing was working before he gave me the bill. I thanked him for a job and his courtesy. more

I initially spoke with Rebecca who was courteous and helpful. What a nice lady. She listened to my needs, answered all questions and promptly set up a same day appointment with Quentin G who arrived just when and as promised. The customer service we received from Quentin was absolutely exceptional. He kept us fully informed during every step of the work to be performed and finished when and as promised. He and Rebecca truly understand customer service and represent their company extremely well. more

Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating 12/14/2016

Rose was great in getting me in, our heater went out on Sunday and we were leaving on a trip the next morning...She was able to get us help early in the day so it wouldn't ruin our trip... Our servicemen's name was Quentin...Quentin came at a little after 9:00am and was able to get our heater up and running... We have a cat and I needed to make sure is would be warm while we were gone...Our neighbor checks on out cat a couple of times as day and I haven't heard from them since we left so I'm assuming the heat is doing fine! Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating is an Awesome company... I would highly recommend them... more

Heater Install from BVP&H 12/13/2016

Honest and good job. My one qualm was their call system. You ABSOLUTELY cannot cold call and get any information. Every time you call, a dispatcher has to call you back. What is that? Makes communication with us the customer (who may be spending several thousand $s very difficult). I was not a fan at all of this. They installed a heater for our family and did a very nice job. Price was fair. The technicians, Brian J and Brian S were outstanding. Bear Valley P&H should be very proud of them- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile. more

Greetings. This review is to thank Quentin G. for his service call on Oct. 28, 2016. He was very friendly, very qualified, and very hard working. He did a through inspection and explained what should be done at the time and what could be postponed if we chose to wait. It was clear, he knew what he was doing, and he explained our options in very clear terms. Is short, Quentin was very qualified, efficient, friendly, and left us feeling very good about our choice of Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating to solve our problems. more

I don't get up to my cabin as ofter as I would like, so i have had Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating take care of whatever needs doing for at least the past 20 years. This time I was up here, and it was the annual heating and A/C maintenance that needed doing. Robert and Brian came in the middle of the service window times I was given. They got right down to business, each tackling a different part of the job. Very nice guys, friendly and helpful and got everything cleaned up and out, replaced and measured. Each time they came into the house, they put those little paper booties on. They explained what they were doing and showed me where critters had munched off some of the protective covering. They were a pleasure to have around the house for a while, and all should be good to go for another year. more

To the rescue. 8/1/2016

My 40-year old heater took a dump and it wasn't worth repairing. Time for a new heater. Ordered a new one and it was delivered and installed by Brian and Robert. It was fascinating watching the teamwork as they worked around various installation problems to get the job done. Looks great and works great. They cleaned-up and left my house looking better than when they arrived. more

Igniter Issue with my furnance 3/3/2016

Bryan J. Did a very efficient job of repairing my furnace. He pretty much knew what the issue was and repaired it within an hours of so. My furnace to back to working great. He did suggest a maintenance service which I agreed to. more

outstanding service 2/23/2016

Had a problem at familys cabin. So happy I called Bear Valley plumbing and heating. Bryan came over at the time I was told, no problem. The problem ended up being simple to fix....Great! But the information Bryan left me with was amazing. He was so knowledgeable regarding our plumbing and heating. What a great experience I would without hesitation call Bear Valley plumbing and heating if I ever have another problem. 10 Stars!!!!! more

Great Service 1/12/2016

They did a great job getting someone out to look at our sink as soon as possible. They call letting you know when their plumber is on their way so you're not waiting around all day. Bryan was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job installing our new garbage disposal. We will continue using Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating for their amazing service! more
