Do not go to this bowling alley. Run away as fast as you can. The (owner or manager, not sure which) Ken is the rudest person I?ve ever met. The first time we bowled there I asked if it was a place were you bowled and then paid or if you paid for games upfront. I think that?s a reasonable question as I?ve been to both types. Ken answered me as if he was talking to a 5 year old. The second (and last) time we bowled there I arrived a little later than my friends and when I got there my friends said that they had rented the lane and paid for games and I just needed to get my shoes. When I told Ken this he charged my credit card for the games as well. My friend (who had paid) explained this and Ken told him to tell me he would refund my card. When we finished playing I went back to the counter and Ken scolded me like I was his teenaged daughter about not coming to the counter right away. Ken was so rude and disrespectful that I was stunned into silence. Ken stood in front of me thumbing through credit card receipts, like it was the most laborious task Ken?s ever had to do, Ken actually shook his finger at me and said, ?This is why I wanted you to come back right away!? Ken was the one who made the initial mistake and he totally took it out one me.
While I was waiting for him to refund my card a pre-teen girl came to the counter and told Ken that she thought the power in her lane had gone out because the pins didn?t reset. Ken said, ?The power didn?t go out. We?ll go back and reset it when we get to it!? The poor girl almost cried. Ken is a nasty, rude person and I warn everyone away from this place. There are other bowling alleys in town that respect and appreciate your business.
*And yes I?ve used Ken?s name as many times as possible so if you ever run into Ken you?ll be warned!
