Horrible. They stripped my computer of all it had. I brought my computer in since It would not turn on. They proceeded to tell me that it was a hardware issue inside the computer and would need to keep it for a couple weeks to see exactly what is wrong with it. I was told it needed a new video chip, and was impossible to replace without changing the main board. I proceeded to let them do the work, order the parts and everything. Next i was told that there were other parts needed to fit the board since mine did not fit in the new one. I went along with it and let them have it for a couple more weeks. After paying them up front, i was promised it was done in 2 weeks. I called in two weeks and was told that the parts havnent come in. I get a call in 2 additional more weeks and was given a bill of $365. I figured that was high, but i needed my information for my taxes on the computer. I get there, pay and receive my PC back. I get home and the computer doesnt turn on, so I brought it back. I brought it back and they went around back and tested to see if it worked. About 2 minutes later they brought it back up front and told me it works. I trust them and brought it back to my house figuring that it was an error over on my part. When i brought it home, still the same issue. It will not power up. Brought it back there, once again! Oh, by the way i'm almost 30 minutes away, i live next to waterbury. and this time they showed me that it works, i left a happy person. Got home, hooked it up, nothing! I scratched my head and wondered ""WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG!"". So, what i did was switch the power cables from my old computer, bang! powers right up like a champ! This made me wonder, my power cable was the issue the whole time. I looked into it further and found that my computer was never opened. This PC was previously my workstation from work and had a PADLOCK on the back so only the IT department at my job can open the case to the computer. I asked them what was replaced, and asked for receipts. I went in there calm and professional asking for answers and the person up front was stuttering and slurred his words when I caught him in a lie. From the second I walked in there I noticed something was horribly wrong with the place. They are skeevy people to work with. In conclusion, I paid over $350 to only find out that there was an issue with my power cable at home and that just needed to be replaced, they scammed me for money and i hope people read this. There was nothing done to my computer, they made me think I needed parts to come in when there were actually no parts ordered. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
