On Dec. 24th., 10:00 AM, My young 8 month old puppy chewed up a BLUE INK PEN covering an area of 18' x 15'. Ink was 100 pure heavy ink spots to smears. I have photo's... Bear Carpet did an excellent job of removing 99.99 of the Blue Ink from the carpet. I was amazed they removed as much ink as they did. Initially, I thought I was going to have to replace all the "NEW" carpet that was installed last July 21, 2010. Bear Carpet left me with a small bottle of Carpet Cleaning Chemical that I will spray on at night so it can dry the necessary 8 hours before my dogs can on the carpet. I'm really gratefull for the fantastic job Bear Carpet did in removing the ink stains from my carpet. I do have before photo's of the damaged carpet and blue ink on my two dogs and after photo's. I'd be willing to share these with anybody to show what a great job Bear Carpet did in remobving the blue ink... Lee Meadows more

Jeff: I'd like to to personally thank you for doing such and excellent job cleaning our carpet, our area rugs, upholstery on our old sofa and also the ceramic tile throughout the house. I've been using your services for about 4 years and would not consider using anyone else. I used to use the guys offering a $99.00 coupon for three rooms, and found that the workers were not quite the caliber of yours & the carpet and even the area rugs would get dirty quickly or the job was never even satisfactory to begin with. What a waste of money using them. I'm impressed that when you sent out Todd, James or any of your other tech's, they always seemed eager to please us. Needless to say, I won't use anyone else, because no one else has been able to satisfy us with their workmanship, not even the Big Franchises, and most especially the dry method carpet cleaning companies, it flat out just doesn't come clean like yours does. My wife and I appreciate the fact that you explain to us the multi-step process, and no one else every has, and we've had a lot of carpet cleaning done over the years with all of our kids and dogs, plus you guys actually do have a lot more steps to actually complete the job. We've had very minor things to call you guys back on and you never failed to come back promptly and without any attitude about it, and we appreciate that. I will continue use you & to refer you to all my friends. Sorry to keep on rambling on and on, Jeff, but when we are satisfied with service providers we like to make sure they get acknowledged properly. When we are not satisfied with service providers, they get a couple of chances to remedy, if not...well, you know we just can't use them anymore and we are loyal to our good ones. Very friendly service. Did a great job, I would use them on a monthly basis if the price was a little bit less. They did a great job on the tile, it made the tiles look like new. The same with the carpet, took out some stains I thought would never come out. more
