The Best of the Best!! 2/15/2011

This is the best pet boarding EVER!!! This place was highly recommended to us when our other boarding place closed. We (my husband and I) dropped in to check out this place in October, 2010 for our three dogs and found everyone and everything to be AAA+. What a very happy place this is/was. They graciously gave us a tour and explained the process and we made an appointment right there for December\r \r They told us to call, email, etc. at any time if we had any concerns while we were away and would contact us immediately if there was a problem. How wonderful it was to go away and not worry - and know our beloved pets are/were so very well taken care of with the best people.\r .\r Our one dog, a cocker spaniel, has seizures and must take medication at specific hours of the day/night and, needless to say, the staff was more than willing to accommodate our wishes.\r \r We utilized other boarding places in the past but none cannot compare. I took my German Shepherd puppy to puppy class at this kennel and actually had a private consult with Lloyd Williams, the trainer. I learned so much about German Shepherds and am, one year later, still using what he taught me every day with my dog. The experience was invaluable and I am a better dog owner for it. more

  • Bear Brook Kennel was built in 1985 by Dr. Robert C Feher and Lloyd D Williams on the premises of the Brewer Veterinary Clinic. The idea was to provide top quality boarding and grooming of dogs and cats under the watchful eye of veterinary care. We know that you have a choice of kennels in the area, we appreciate your consideration. Our hope is that you'll feel confident in our ability to meet all of your expectations and know that our guests are always our number one priority. Tours are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome. Bear Brook Kennel is committed to provide every guest with pet friendly accommodations and care equal to that we provide for our own pets. Our Staff is individually trained to meet Bear Brook Kennels high standards in animal care and customer service. We are constantly updating our education program and hold in-house training with our staff. Bear Brook Kennel is a very easy commute yet is set in a country setting far back from the busy streets.
