I bought a Toyota from them and it worked great. They gave me a good deal and followed through on a switch that was missing and needed to be sent to me for the AC. I just test drove the vehicle and made sure it was in good condition when I bought it. I will shop with Bear Auto in the future and do recommend them for a good price on a vehicle. more

I brought my cousin in to look at a Cargo van for him since he is a painter. Heath and Gary were top notch and even helped finance him and he is Self Employed! Just awesome. They even found some spare ladder racks in the back to put on the van as a bonus. Can't recommend enough more

Bought a vehicle from these people in Nov, before I made my first payment, the car had 3 major repairs...MAJOR repairs. I had to pay their $100 deductible each time, even after I brought to their attention to work that needed to be done. I was told ""it didnt throw a code when we hooked it up"" so I got charged 3x. I finally took it to my mechanic and it was revealed that this car is a lemon. I am taking them to small claims court for my money back because they dont want to fully refund me. Good think I documented everything. They dont call u when the vehicle is ready for pick up from repairs, they are very rude once they have your $ and none of them communicate with each other on the same page. Theyre idiot swindlers who messed with the wrong person. My attorneys are having a field day with preparing my case for me. Pros: NONE WHATSOEVER Cons: No customer service, sell lemons more
