Bear Alignment & Brake

I've had several opportunities to deal with Bear Alignment. The Manager, Paul is wonderful to work with. I was having issues with warranty work and Chevy was being extremely difficult to work with. So much so, that I let it go until the extended warranty kicked in so that I could take it where I wanted. Paul was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and up front at all times. I have taken both my vehicles to Bear for alignments, shocks, struts, brakes and ball joints. I will make sure to tell all my friends, family and anyone who will listen, if they want quality work at a fair price, just go talk to Paul at Bear Alignment! more

I had one of the best experience in my life.\r The customer service it is amazing. The guys working on the car where precise and fast. When you go in other shops you know that someone is gonna try to take advantage, it did not happen at Bear Alignment & Brake. Everything was transparent and they did what I really need showing to me where there was the problem and what was the real problem.\r They did a really good job. more

I have been to this shop three times, and each time have left feeling good about the service I received. They are very knowledgeable and explain things so that I comprehend. Don't know what's wrong with Racer78, but I made an appointment and was put right on the rack (while others were waiting). They were honest and very straightforward about the work needed. My vehicle was finished ahead of their estimate and done very professionally. The bill came to exactly what we discussed. I came on a recommendation and they lived up to it. They did right by me. I highly recommend their work. more

I’ve never taken the time to write a review on anything, but I couldn’t resist this one. I needed the phone # to Bear Alignment & Brake in Corona (lost the card & phone books suck) so I went on line for the # and stumbled onto a negative review. I Had to laugh at the writer’s logic. Ever been to a Macaroni Grill on a Friday night? You most likely are gonna have a few people ahead of you, because it’s a great Restaurant. I use to go with my dad when he would take his truck to Bear on a Saturday back in the 60’s & 70’s. My mom would always pick us up after we got breakfast next door. I’ve been having bear take care of my work trucks and my family cars since the late 80’s. So if you want good work done on your car or truck and you have no friends or family that can pick you up just make an appointment during the week. You won’t be sorry. more

I've had several FORD F350 Crew Cab trucks over the past 27yrs. and each one has costed me a FORTUNE in new tires due to poor past alignments -- from both the Ford Dealerships and/or independent name brand retail Tire Dealerships I've gone to in the past. However until today, I've learned more from Bear Alignment's professional Service Advisors and team about the true need to have just the right equipment, state of the art parts (not just Factory parts or those obtained from places unknown) and what it will truly take to actually resolve my alignment/ tire wear issues than during any other time in my driving career. They were honest, straight forward and extremely thorough with me about what my truck was in need of -- finally putting an end to my costly ongoing alignment problems. In fact, they even took me below the ""rack"" to demonstrate and clearly point out the apparent design flaws of my vehicle -- not to mention, they also actually showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and installed, plus how important it is to use the correct Ball Joints, Alignment Cams and Inner Tie-Rods. There is no question in my mind that what they recommended were all necessary ""Fixes"" -- if I truly wanted to finally correct this long-standing problem. No gimmicks. I usually try to support small businesses, especially in my local area. However, this place was a big let down and not what I would expect from a small business! I went Saturday morning to get my Astro Van aligned since I just had new tires put on the night before. I pull up at 8:45am. There was 1 pickup truck waiting ahead of me. The guy behind the counter said the only way they could do it for me was to leave the vehicle there and they could get it done closer to the end of the day. I said, ""You only have 1 truck out there right now and I have no way of getting back home."" He said, ""Sorry"" So I left and went to Discount Tire Center across the street. They acted very professional and even greeted me when I pulled in. (unlike Bear Alignment where the guy barely made eye contact) They immediately put the van on the ramp and went to work! The technician knocked it out in 45 minutes and even showed me a ""before and after"" spread sheet because the front tires were out of alignment. Bear Alignment was a big let down!\r \r more
