I purchased 6 laser hair removals here from Groupon. Due to my crazy schedule I had to reschedule a few appointments and I called in to do so. On one occasion I showed up for the new day I rescheduled my appointment for and the girl said she had no record of it in the system. I had their number in my caller ID and showed them this to prove I called, which I shouldn't have had to, but they were acting as if I were lying. The girl who did my treatment was very nice and said someone there has been messing up a lot of the appointments in their system. Two visits later, I actually did miss the appointment. I got a call the next day.(They don't call to remind you.) I thought it was for the following week, but this was the first time I had missed an appointment without calling to reschedule. The woman who called to tell me this was so nasty. She said I had missed 4 appointments, no call, no show, so my groupon was going to be revoked with no refund for my last 3 visits. She seemed to enjoy telling me this. (This was a $199.00 Groupon.) When I told her that her records were wrong and explained that I was told by her own staff that appointments were often messed up there, she laughed and said "Nope, you need to learn how to show up to your appointments!" When I said I wanted to speak to a manager becasue of how rude she was being to me, she said ,"I am the manager and I run this store" She then started screaming laughing and hung up on me. Her name is Tiffany. Not only was her information completley incorrect for which she was trying to revoke my Groupon, she was so unbelievably rude I cannot imagine how she could be employed as a manager. A person like that is horrible for business. Luckily this was a Groupon and they are a wonderful comapny with great customer service. The woman was so friendly from Groupon and refunded me right away. Upon doing a little more research I have found tons and tons of complaints online about this company. I hope this helps someone out there from wasting money on this company.
