Not BBB accredited 2/13/2024

This guy is criminal. Sold me a total lemon and wouldn’t work with me at all. Check with Ludlow PD. I did. There’s been numerous complaints. That this (ab)used car site is not BBB accredited should tell you all you need to know. more

Unscrupulous 4/8/2019

Terrible experience with this business and its owner. Sold me a subpar vehicle that was not road worthy. Every contact with him post-purchase was unpleasant. He took no responsibility and did all he could to avoid used warranty repairs up to the point of blaming me for the failures, including the bottom literally falling out. more

Poor quality 6/12/2016

Typical used car guy tactics ('we have the cheapest cars around' etc) but the vehicles here are easily below average condition (including easy to fix, child easy to fix, interior defects). The guy that served me showed a real lack of interest and enthusiasm and when he told me he was the owner, the lack of care shown to the vehicles made sense. I was going to give two stars only because the owner was so disinterested that I was able to look around without too much hassle, but the poor quality of vehicles combined with poor service should receive the lowest possible score avai Able. more

We just finished purchasing a used car for one of our kids from beachside motors in Ludlow. We felt right at home throughout the entire process. He let us take the car to our mechanic without hesitation. We will recommend Robert and his staff to all our friends. We did not need financing but we noticed they offer this option for those who need it. Overall a great experience. Thank you! more

Wow. The owner was so obnoxious to me pointing out the high mileage on all the vehicles I looked at. They're all near 100,000 miles. Honestly, the cars here seem to be junk yard material. If you buy here you must be desperate, lacking brain cells or, which is the only understandable reason, have a lack of finances. more

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! 7/11/2015

Bought a car here at 'Beachside Wrecks' and several months later had to put in over $2,000 dollars and only kept it on the road as I still had monthly car payments. I also had to take it back several times to this dealership for up to two months after purchasing it and did not get even adequate service or respect. The owner there cares only about his profit and once you buy the car, he could not care less. Most of the cars in the lot are dinged up in some way, he patches them up enough only to have it driven from his lot and after that the problem's yours. more

I just drove away in my new car!!! I bought from Beachside Motors in Ludlow, MA and I couldn't be any happier than I am right now! My experience with Beachside Motors was relaxed, caring and fast. Not only did I think I would have to wait to get a car, but I thought I would have to put half the money down just do get one. At Beachside Motors, they got the financing I needed, with low rates and managable payments AND I got the car I really wanted!!!! Plus they did it all in a matter of hours, not days!!!! I would reccommend to anyone, if you are going to look for a car, look at Beachside Motors in Ludlow, MA!!! You will drive away happy too!!! Thank you Beachside Motors!!!! I bought a Volvo this week 9/6/2013

Clearly some competition must be writing bad things about Beachside motors. I felt nothing but total relaxed and easy painless transaction. The owner even showed me the scratched underside of my bumper prior to test drive. I would not be sold on some of the opinions on the Internet. This dealer was great to deal with.
