STOP!!! The WORST!! 6/26/2011

Worst experience ever!! They made me give 1 star, BUT if I had the option it would be rated negative. The bed was broken, there were holes in the walls, bathroom door didn't close, and there was no rod to hang clothes. The managers are rude and UNWILLING to help. Took a week to get in contact with someone who could refund my money. I did not stay one night and they would not refund me my $500!!!!! more

Not The Best 8/4/2009

Good: The location was great and the rooms are big.. Bad: The refrigerator was broken, the room was not clean, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, one of the two hot tubs didn't work.. Improvements: At a minimum, management should compensate renters for major inconveniences. more
