Beach Scene Surf & Skate Shop

I have to totally disagree with the review that reported bad service. i met the owner also, and he was very accommodating, and spoke with me for several minutes. while i was in the store, i also witnessed him dealing with another customer in regards to services that he didn't provide, and yet he took time to help the guy and give him information on someone who did provide what he was looking for. perhaps when the dissatisfied reviewer went in he was having a bad day, Lord know we've all had them. Or maybe the reviewer just perceived him to be rude, he has a kind of Jack Nicholson edge to him where someone could take him as being short with them, when in fact he may not have been. I know i had a good experience, and i thought this guy needed a defense, cause he was the most helpful store owner i have encountered, and in my business i deal with them alot. more

After my first visit at The Beach Scene in Sanford Florida it will be my last. I was treated like an idiot by the supposed owner. I have never had such poor service ever. The merchandise is not the best value for the quality. There are too many beach shops in the area with friendly and considerate staff that I am surprised they can remain in business. Do not shop here unless you're looking for bad attitudes and humiliation. more
