I stayed here in 2011, now I'm back for the summer in 2012. This park is the best deal in the entire tri-cities area, the prettiest as well. All the others are perched high on hills with no trees in the glaring sun and WIND like you wouldn't believe. The Beach is quiet and clean with large shade trees beside many of the sites. The person who reviewed above obviously had a bad experience and it's a shame. I have a 38' fifth wheel with four slides and had plenty of room to park my F-350 and my boat in front. The managers this year are new and are very helpful and pleasant, even the maintanence workers cutting the grass greeted us with smiles and directed us to the office. I have seen two cats in the park and they live in one of the houses across the street. The facilities are clean and the WiFi works, I'm using it now, it is spotty, in the afternoon it is worst but it works fairly well. The river borders one side of the park with a patio type dock, and on another side is a beautiful ranch, I'd rather watch horses or a river than tractor trailers myself. I 'm tellin ya, try it...you'll like it.
