I got caught in the same scam as the other reviewer. They charged my credit card twice for each purchase I made. I went in there last week and the lady said they had a problem with their credit card machine and the charges were just pending and wouldn't clear. Well they did. Today I went in there and the lady said they were aware of the problem and were waiting for people to come into the store to ask for a refund. Wait, you're aware of the problem but you're gonna wait for people to notice it and then come back into the store to ask for a refund? That's just shady business. Stay away. Stay away from this vitamin shop. I was charged (debit card) three times for a single purchase. I spoke with the manager and he claimed the bank was at fault and would fix it in 24 hours. 6 days later...nothing has been credited to my account. I then called and spoke with a very chatty clerk and she promised to credit my account while I was on the phone with her, again, claiming it would take 24 hours to process, but nothing after two days. I'm still waiting for a refund of over $60. I think they have a little bit of a scam going on..and the business looks like it's on it's last leg and a bit overpriced....go to Vitamin Shoppe or even your local grocery store for hassel free shopping. Cons: Pay with cash- they will charge you multiple times for a single debit card purchase. more
