They honored my request and found a few items that needed to be replaced. They repaired them at their cost and also threw in a key less remote for free. I was especially happy with the service. Marty and Nick were very professional and engaging about every question I had. They were honest and respectful. I would fully recommend them and this dealership to anyone. more

If you want a great experience buying a pre-owned car ask for Troy Lawson (sales executive). He is someone who listens to the customer and really cares about their experience. I purchased a 2002 Suburban from these folks. I had a couple of service issues right off the bat and called Troy. He jumped right on my concerns and fixed some power mirror issues, no questions asked! I also had an issue with front axle - the issue was determined by a mechanic NOT to be included in the warranty. I brought this up with Marty Williamson (sales manager) and he made me an offer that was very reasonable to have the issue fixed. These are regular people who care about their reputation. With Troy as your sales rep and Marty backing up the deal you can't go wrong! more

I've been dealing with these guys for three years since I got here. I bought my first car from them when I got stationed here. It was very easy and my payments were low even with no money to put down and no credit. They had a great selection and I got to choose from several vehicles. They matched me up with the vehicles that fit the payment that I wanted. I couldn't believe it was that easy. I had one small problem with my car after the warranty expired. I called them up to get advice on where to take my car to get fixed. They actually ended up taking the car for me and getting it fixed and didn't even charge me a penny. After that I have taken several friends to them who ended up buying cars and trucks. They have all thanked me and seem very happy too. I just recently had an addition to my family and decided that I needed a bigger vehicle, so I called up my salesperson. He actually located the exact vehicle that I was looking for. I took the car in that I bought previously and they gave me WAY more than Carmax offered me on the trade-in. I thought I was upside down, as they say, in my car but they gave me enough for it to pay off the loan. I love my new 2004 Z71 Suburban and no problems yet, she runs perfect. If I am in the area when I buy my next vehicle, I will definitely come back. more

I bought a Volkswagon Jetta from Beach Auto Brokers almost a few months ago and shortly after many problems started. First off they sold me the car with no gas in it, I drove 2 feet off the lot and it died from no gas so I had to wait 30 minutes for them to go put $5 worth of gas in it.The staff was very pushy and impolite especially the manager Marty. So far I've had to put over $500 worth of repairs into and theres still more to fix, another $500 worth actually. You'd think they do some work on cars with their little garage there but thats just for show I guess. They denied working on my car when I brought it up to them. Even though I supposedly get free oil changes from them I have never brought it back there just because I don't want to deal with their absurd business. Don't waste your time and money at this dealer. Don't waste your time and money at any ""mom and pop"" dealership like this in the Hampton Roads area. They are all shady lots. Stay away from Beach Auto! more

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE ABOUT A MONTH AGO 2002 ECLIPSE SPYDER GT IT WAS RUSTED THE CAR HAD A GAS LEAK I TALKED TO THERE SUPERVISOR MARTY AND HE CLAIMED THAT IT WAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM AND THATS HOW THEY BUY THERE CARS FROM THE AUCTION THE CAR WAS LEAKING GAS ON THE PAVEMENT AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT ITS KINDA DANGEROUS I DONT THINK I SHOULD DRIVE IT BACK TO THEM THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE 130MILES TO GET FIXED WITH A GAS LEAK!!! OR THEY WOULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME ON TOP OF THAT TODAY I FOUND OUT THE CAR WAS ONLY WORTH 11000 AND THAT THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY ALMOST 5000 DOLLARS WITH A HIGH INTREST LOAN OF 17.9 PERCENT THERE TOTAL RIP OFFS AND SAY MILITARY PERSONAL WELCOME SO THEY CAN SCAM US I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP Pros: FINANCE ANYONE Cons: HIGH INTREST RATE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL A CAR more

I purchased VW Jetta from Beach Auto Brokers two weeks ago. The car wasn't running correctly so, Beach Auto said that they would fix it. I picked up my car three days later, on a friday. I drove it saturday on sunday I started the car and it wouldn't stay started. I called Beach Auto and they told me to bring it in and they would take it to the Volkswagen dealership. It was at the dealership for three days before I checked on it with my sales person. Pros: A lot of cars Cons: Cars not working won't get it fixed right more

These guys treated me with respect and got me in the vehicle I wanted with low intrest, low payments, and great service.
