This place is the real deal. Excellent food. Five stars. Real old school Southern Italian homestyle cooking but as with any good/great restaurant these days prepared somewhat lighter and with very fresh flavors. Bravo! Especially for a Miami joint. Bad reviews sound like Clint Eastwood, buyers remorse or plants by competition. There is no competition. You get what you pay for and prices are surely reasonable for what you are getting. Any sophisticated diner will agree it is a solid place... even on those nights with the B team going its better than most A teams here in MIA. more

Overpriced food... You pay extra if you want a "full" portion which is equal to a regular sized portion at any other restaurant . 30 dollar calamari sucked. The only good think was the tortellini a la vodka.... But still overpriced for no reason more

If you like to be treated well, have wonderful italian food then visit Luca Bella over and over again. Caesar salad the way it's supposed to be made,eggplant parmesian. meatballs everything we've eaten there is always fresh and delicious. This is a keeper on your go again list!\r \r Jay S more

The food is not even close to what they say it is, I was asked many times to go in the kitchen and show and tell his help how to prepare the food we all know (Don Peppe's) where it all started. Bartender doubled as waitress. Wine by the glass is grossly overpriced (cheap wine for $11 per glass). Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. Bread was good. Linguine & clam sauce had big inedible chowder clams, far too tough to chew. Veal Parmesan with spaghetti was good. Manager wss yelling on the phone at the bar, and we thought about leaving because of this classlessness. He eventually shut up. They were playing nice music in the background. Bill was presented (error in their favor....charged $12 a glass for the already overpriced house wine). something is missing. We dine out almost nightly; we won't return here. more

We have been to LUCA BELLA several times, for lunch, and the food and service are outstanding ... and getting even better with each visit. \r Our numerous lunch friends are all pleased with Luca Bella's great food, service, reasonable prices and ambience! more

We went on Valentine's night...the place was completely full but theyhad our reserved table ready right away. The service was just a tad slow (completely full on aTues) but the waitress was great and explained all the specials and we never felt rushed to order or not to ask about the menu. The food was great and what seemed to be pretty large portions for tbe 1/2 sizes we were ordering to share. Will definately go back. A very happy surprise. more

Really disappointed in the food. The salad was bland, the main courses were both bland and even the coffee was not that hot. There are much better places to eat real Italian food in Aventura and Hallandale. Only the bread was OK. more

Fantastic food. Atmosphere and professionalism is classic for what you'd expect of a fine Italian dining cuisine. Strongly recommend this new restaurant to anyone who appreciates GREAT FOOD. more
