Frustrating Bank 9/20/2005

I have had an account here for over a year and started out thinking pretty highly of this bank. The staff was nice enough, you get free checks for the life of your account, free checking, etc. But then I started getting frustrated with their policy's. If you deposit CASH after 3pm it is not available to you till Midnight not that night but the next day! And if you deposit CASH on Saturday it is not available to you until Tuesday at Midnight. It was very frustrating. They also lost one of my deposits one time . I had to personally go into the branch with my receipt, ( thank god I saved it) and sit there for 45 minutes while they went through their records! more
