It took me 3 tries to get my check/atm card and 6 weeks due to their errors. I've been trying to get into their online banking for 2 months. Their lobby hours are horrible. Their phone support hours are poor. Their phone support staff was flippant about my issues. The web site is still down as I write this. I've never had so much trouble with a bank. Definitely looking for something better.
Pros: Free checking? I wouldnt know I havent been able to access it.
Cons: Poor hours and service, completely unreliable internet. Their website is a labyrinth.
