When my car overheated I wasn't sure what was wrong but a friend of mine told me about BBD Automotive. I called and they told me to come on by and they would look at my car. When I got there Brett the owner explained to me what he was going to do and the price so I would know what to expect. As I waited for my car I was very impressed to see there was cable tv and coffee in the lobby, and I have to say the couch was very comfy!! When BBD Automotive figured out why my car was overheating they once again explained everything to me and I informed them to fix it. As I was checking out I was informed of the 2 year 24k mile warranty that they carry, which I loved!! Thank You very much BBD Automotive more

Absolutely the WORST auto repair shop I have ever taken a vehicle to! They charged by son, an airman in the US Air Force, an outrageous amount for some fairly simple work. Plus, they promised a 10% military discount, but then would only provide a 5% discount on parts and 5% discount on labor. The owner tried to say that was a 10% discount, but when challenged with the ""math"" he just got angry and said that was all my son would get and he did not even have to give that discount (I actually think he got embarrassed that he got caught trying cheating someone). The total amount for a new starter, new battery, new serpentine belt, spark plugs (6), plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, oil change, and transmission flush was $1300 - that included the ""military discount""! I recently got a quote from another local auto repair shop for the same repairs and the estimate was only $800 - that was with no ""military"" discount. My son got ripped off $500 from this dishonest auto repair shop. If you value your money and want good quality auto repairs - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BBD AUTOMOTIVE! more
