In Aug of 07, I bought a '94 Dodge Dakota here. It had 100,000 miles on it. I made my payments on time up until Jan of 09. I put $1000 down, and had to spend $400 to put a radio and speakers in it when I bought it. My payments were $150 every two weeks. So by Jan of 08, I had paid $4900 for a truck that was worth $3000 when I bought it, and I still owed $1100. In Sept. 08, I was forced to go out of state bc. I needed a job. BBC Refused to accept payment by money order; when I had an attorney call them, they suddenly decided to accept it. I came back to Murfreesboro in Jan of 09, and the transmission died. They threatened me, saying I owed them $1100 on the truck, and they called my 85 year old grandmother and told her that if i didn't pay them, they were going to have me arrested and put in prison. I went down there and told them that I was going to press charges on them for harassment. My grandmother lives in NY state, and up there, they actually have laws to protect people. BBC made a deal, saying they would give me an 84 Cadillac, if I agreed to go back to $4000 in debt. So I needed a vehicle, as I was sleeping in my car at the time, I had no choice but to agree. Two weeks later, the engine blew up.
BBC supposedly stands for Best Buy Cars; it out to stand for something else, bc that is what they are f------ you with when you deal with them.
They are affiliated and owned by Alexander Motors; this is where Alexander sends cars that they are ashamed to have their inventory. Don't ever deal with them.
