I changed banks a few months ago because I opened my Business account with BB&T. My account overdrafted due to their processing times and not due to the lack of money that I had deposited and already had in my account. They were not willing to work with me at all on the outrageous overdraft fees that had accrued while my money was in their possession waiting to be processed. This bank does not treat you like a customer doing business with them. If you do not have millions of dollars with them then do not expect to be considered a valued customer. I do not recommend banking with this bank. I recommend banking with a small local bank that will value you as a customer no matter how big you are.
