Bayview Apartments

I am going to be moving out of Bayview Apartments soon and thought that I'd share my exerience.\r \r Before we moved in 2 years ago we looked up the reviews for this place. Many of them at the time weren't good, and we actually thought about renting somewhere else. Today, I can honestly say that I am glad that I didn't buy into all the negativity and came up with my own conclusion, which is, I am going to miss this place. Unfortunately Bayview does not offer 3 bedrooms or we'd be staying another 2 years!! \r \r To anyone looking for upgraded everything and marble countertops and 2,000 ft apartments for their affordable price you are dreaming. This place was affordable and did not have all the "stainless steel" upgrades but it was still a very well maintained and nice apartment, and spacious enough to accomodate myself, and 3 others. \r \r The actual complex community itself was pretty quiet on our end and there was a nice area in which my 2 small children could play with all the other k more

Large apartments with washer and dryer. Grounds kept nice and maintenance is top notch. Brenda and Julie in office are professional and go out of their way to help you. If a problem arises, they take care of it immediately. I loved living there but had to move to be closer to my job. more

I think it has been a great place to live. Have been living here for over 4 years total. Every place has its issues, if you dont like it go buy a home. Management and maintenance has been great, not sure what problems you couldnt get resolved. more

Apartment was broken into, broke down the door wall inside was damaged and nobody, nobody heard this??? neighbors were home but did not report this??? My stuff were stolen while I was at work.. more

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE! Living in a one bedroom and it is the worse place i have ever lived. To start, living on the bottom floor, you can hear your neighbor's and i mean you can hear everything! (CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE) Also, someone tried breaking into our apartment and we ask the manager if they would let us move into a different apartment. Of course there was a charge, which was fine. I saw that they were running a special for a two bedroom and ask if they would honor that and the answer was, (mind you this is the manager I'm speaking to) NO, that they did not cause the problem. I don't know about you, but i would never want my home broken into, so why would i cause it to happen. (THIS PLACE HAS NO SURVEILLANCE BY THE WAY) Oh ya, there are roaches and stray cats. The apartments spray for roaches which is great but they do nothing about the stray cats. The cats like to leave there feces by our door and i have asked the manger and her lovely assistant to please do something more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I was looking for a decent place to live (have moved several times in my life and have lived in nice/safe apartments) and which of course this placed LOOKED like it when I came by to talk to the office. When getting my actual apartment, several things still needed fixed, so I called and they fixed HALF of them. Several stains on the tubs, toilets, and tile floor. (Carpet was new supposedly.) Stuff has been stolen off my porch, the neighbors are VERY loud, people knock on my door all the time for random things, and someone even asked me if I would take them to the store in my car! I can't say enough for your safety and sanity... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! more

I am excited to move in there. I can't wait. As for the comment about it being locked up. If there is one person there for security reasons they lock it up when they are showing an apartment. But I never had any problems with the staff. And they are very nice more

I have some friends who live in these apartments and like it, so I checked it out when looking for a new place. We called but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I left a message but no one ever called me back. I stopped by, during office hours, but there was no one to be found and the place was locked up. I gave it one more try and again no one was around. Weird! more
