I just bought at Bayside and can actually say it was an enjoyable experience. The salesman (Adam) was friendly and didn't try to over sell me, he asked what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and actually listened. After he showed me a couple vehicles, I found the one! And it looks and runs like a dream. I was able to finance it there and didn't loose my first born in the process. All in all, I was a great experience. Would you believe they even offered to fill the gas tank, with gas prices today that's a definite bonus! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle more

I read through many reviews and don't understand the hostility toward sales people and finance, nether job title is representative of a mechanic. Anyone who has had issues following the test drive and purchase of their USED vehicle clearly didn't come in with alternate plans to verify the vehicle they were choosing.\r I received a great experience here, I worked with Greg Minor a friendly and good spirited sales person, then quickly and efficiently signed off on paper work with Zeek in finance. Fortunately the person I came with to review and test drive vehicles is a mechanic and he was able to confirm reliability which I needed considering I had a low budget and planned on purchasing a high mileage car. Had he not I would have taken it upon myself to have a local, trusted shop take a peek. You can't count on all previous owners to do the recommended maintenance required, knowing what was serviced and what might need servicing the the future (with rough costs) is hugely important before putting money down on something you rely on so heavily. Many of the negative reviews are ill placed, it is unfortunate the circumstances these people experienced but arriving unprepared doesn't justify blaming customer service. more

They worked with my credit and got me financed. Found a car I loved. The check engine light came on four days after I bought it and started having idoling issues. Called Adam at Bayside and he sent me straight to their mechanic and took care of the cost. I was impressed. They also have a warantee on the cars you finance with them which takes care almost any major problem you may encounter with your vehicle. Friendly staff as well. more

I was in the market for a low mile late model F-150 and ultimately my search brought me to Bayside Auto. I was able to purchase a 2013 F-150 for under blue book value and the entire purchase process was very simple (cash buy). Kelly was a great salesman and had no qualms regarding my extended test drive, he even took the time to contact Ford to see if the warranty was transferable as the truck was originally from Canada. After purchase I went on a 1500 mile road trip and I had no issues with the vehicle. it is rock solid. I may not be the typical buyer for this dealership but all in all my experience was very positive. more

My husband and I looked for 2 1/2 months for a third vehicle. Looking around at every car dealership was time consuming. We were directed by a friend to go to Bayside Auto. Before driving to Everett, we searched their website to see what vehicles they had. Called and spoke with Darin and the next day we went to Bayside. We must have looked at 7 different cars. Then out rolls this Ford Escape...jokingly, I said, lets try that one. It was clean inside and out, it drove nice and it was the first car my husband and I agreed to instantly. I dealt with Greg, he was a great car salesman. Very helpful. He wasn't pushy about trying to get me to just buy a car and leave. Made sure it was the right car. Helped us with getting insurance. Was completely nice. And made sure that I was fully aware of the situation at hand, also gave me multiple financing options. I could tell he wasn't trying to just get me out the door. Next time I get a car I'll defiantly be back to see Greg! more

Almost 3 months ago I bought my teenage daughter her first car from Greg at Bayside. I also worked with Adam the sales manager and Zeke in financing. I was very pleased with the transaction and I am a tough negotiator. They followed through with all of their promises and told me to let them know if I had any problems with the car. The car is 17 years old so I expect it to have some problems. This week the electric window stopped working so I emailed Adam to see if he could help me fix it before I leave for vacation. He called me less than 5 minutes later and the window was fixed less than an hour later at no cost to us. Thank you Bayside for the continued support! more

When people think of car shopping they usually think of pushy salesman, at Bayside Auto you will not experience that at all. Our salesman Greg Minor was great!
