Baypointe is a wonderful place to live. The management is very friendly and understanding, the apartments roomy and fairly priced, and the service is prompt and effective. I would recommend this place to anyone! more

I have been here for 6 months and this place is a great place to live. The manager always greets you with a smile and is eager to listen to your concerns. Maintence is timely and is very considerate as they enter your home. Wonderful place if your looking for a place to call home. more

Lived here for almost a year and it is a great place to live. I highly recommend Bay Pointe Apartments! The staff is AWESOME. Rent is very affordable. If I need something fixed it is taken care of right away. Best place to live in Saginaw in my opinion :) more

Nice complex overall. Quiet and clean. My apartment was updated and very clean when i moved in. The management is top notch and will work with you, within reason. The maintanence staff is also curtious, quiet, and get things done fast. I recommend Bay Pointe. more

What a great place to call home! The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are always kept up. I am a single mom and this is a safe environment for kids. It's located in Saginaw Township so the schools are great as well. more

I love living here; it is a wonderful community. The apartments are really nice. I love my 3 bedroom, and it is very affordable. The managers and maintenance guys are GREAT! Any problems I have had (and there haven't been many) have been solved very quickly. I couldn't ask for more in an apartment. I highly recommend Baypointe if you are searching for a place to live :) more

Very nice place to live! I've been here 3 months now and have had no major problems aside from a few very minor hiccups, which the managers and maintenance staff were quick to fix. Rent is affordable, the employees are very friendly, the apartments are nice, and the complex is safe. Sure, there's no pool, but the low cost of rent is worth not having it. more

Open On Saturday! 4/26/2012

My girlfriend and I were driving in the area and we decided to pull in on a Saturday. This place was close to shopping (for her) and close to SVSU. We went in and met with John. He showed us a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment and within that following week we were all set and moved into our new place. Our apartment building is quiet and we have only been here 3 months and are very satisfied. more

Long Time Living Here 4/26/2012

I have been a resident here for over 15 years & even moved twice in the same building! I love the view from my patio - it is a nice view of beautiful woods. I reside here because I am very happy with the Staff. If there is a complaint, they take care of it immediately and don't just brush you off. Maintenace shows up in a timely manner. This gives me the freedom to do what I need to do without the worries. I feel this is a great deal for the amount you pay for rent! Check it out sometime. more

Outstanding Service! 4/14/2012

My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We have an OUTSTANDING property manager (Rose) and her assistant (John) whenever we have called in a work order, they have made sure it was taken care of. Quiet building. more

Leasing at it's FINEST! 4/14/2012

I moved into my apartment without even seeing it! I was so excited and impressed! John - the Leasing Agent took care of everything. My building is very quiet and I am close to work. Very Happy Resident! more

Cost of GAS - need closeness! 4/8/2012

Traveling back and forth to work daily, I needed a place that was close. Parking isn't a problem. The Staff is very friendly and warm hearted. My building is very clean and the residents are very respectful when using the laundry room. A fitness center would be awesome! Any work orders that I have called in have been taken care of immediately. ( I had to wait for weeks at my other place). The cost of rent is ""AWESOME"". more

Very Inexpensive to rent your own place~ 4/8/2012

I am a student at SVSU and I enjoy having my own place and not have to live on Campus. This apartment is very inexpensive and very ""nice"". I have been here for 5 months and I enjoy my quiet neighbors. more
