The hotel is one of three or more hotels at exit 23 on I-94, and I actually started to check into the Comfort Inn next door but the staff was so snotty I moved to the Baymont. Every staff person I encountered at the Baymont was really nice and helpful. The facility isn't anything special, the decor is dated, vent fan in bathroom hanging askew, the ""business center"" is a computer sitting by the front door that blocks every website--including email and airline check-in, etc. On the plus side though, the water was really hot in the shower and didn't run out (really nice after a week on the road) and the manager went out of his way to help with the Internet restrictions. The continental breakfast wasn't cut short and the pool and jacuzzi hours were extended as well. The room was clean and the temperature controls worked. The location is right at the interstate, near a Cracker Barrel, McDonalds and other amenities. A very decent place if you just want a quiet, clean night room with courteous staff and a convenient location.
