My family and I went to Point Mallard Wave Pool in Decatur. We stayed a the Comfort Inn. The rooms were nice, great air conditioner, and the staffwas very friendly! Although, our coffee maker was broke...but they have 24/7 coffee down stairs. (Just sux I had to go down stairs for coffee if I wanted some.) They also had an indoor swimming pool. It wasn't heated enough, the room was really cold when I got out of the pool, but tolerable. Then we stayed a 2nd night. They had to shock the pool. The staff took the sign of the door that the pool was shut down. Me, my 2 year old son, and my fiance jump in the pool. It wasn't 5-10 minutes later...we were caughing, choking, itching, and my 2 year old had welps or bumps all over his body. I ran up to the room, gave my son a bath. Then me and my fiance took a shower. I spoke to the staff the next moring about what happened. The lady was somewhat reluctant at first to give me back my money. But the situation got resolved. More than likely we will go back. Just a minor set back. They also said that they just had the pool room remodeled. O AND THE WAVE POOL WAS SO FUN!!!! MY 2 YEAR OLD LOVED IT!!!!!!

Cons: pool and pool room not heated enough, coffee maker broke
