I have been using this hotel for the the past few years...Started out as a get away from my parents...then turned into my hotel when I fly back home. It isn't a Five star lavish hotel...but for convenience, and price...great pick. They do have Cardio equipment in there workout room. I enjoy a nice and clean room, each time I come home more

Our overall stay was excellent! It was quiet and resourceful. The employees were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very tasty! I like the fact that the hotel was very close to the airport and local stores We will be back in the future. Thumbs up! more

The entire staff is courteous and kind. I was there for two weeks for this stay and everyone made me feel like I was truly in my second home. I have been staying at this location on and off since September 2014 for business and can honestly say that I would never stay at a different location. Thank you to all of you for making my required travel experience that much more palatable. I wish you all a happy holiday season and a prosperous, joyful New Year. more

I Love It. I Love It. I Love It. Undergoing a makeover this is the best place to stay in Alsip, Il or Chicago. Great neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. Real people run this Hotel they are very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Quite rooms great beds. This place has a lot going for it. When remodel is finished it is going to be beautiful. Exercise room is a bonus. more

Our trip to Chicago was a great experience thanks to the staff at the Baymont Inn in Alsip, Il. They went out of their way to help us find our way to and from Chicago. My Granddaughter was running in the marathon and we needed to get to the expo to register her and then spent two wonderful days exploring the city before the run. Thanks to the friendly staff our stay was great. more

Staff is friendly. Looks like they are doing some upgrades to the motel. Also have park and Fly to Midway airport with a free shuttle to airport. Didn't get to check out the free breakfast. Close to restaurants. more

All of the front desk personnel, Ann Marie, Nicole, Annalisa, Morgan and new comers that I did not write down names for were awesome. The only ongoing issue that I have had for many visits now is the apparent manager Amy. I regret not adding that she is most most unprofessional and impersonal member of the staff. Nicole is still bubbly at the end of her shift and always says good morning and wishes you a good day. Amy starts her shift at 7AM and regardless of making eye contact with you or not, rarely responds to a good morning or have a nice day, This hotel has been my home away from home for 14 months now and this is the only negative more

My family and I arrived in Chicago for my brother's wedding. We had reservations at another hotel (HORRIBLE SERVICE). I called your hotel reservations and was able to book a room for the weekend, I received my money back from the other hotel and checked into your hotel (Baymont Inn & Suites). My family and I was very pleased with the service we received during our stay. Whenever I am back in Chicago I will definitely stay at your hotel and will recommend to my friends. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and modern, microwave, fridge, nice size TV, comfortable bed. They don't mind that we bring the dog. It's definitely my first choice when making trips home. It's centrally located for where I need to go! Breakfast isn't bad either more

On a last minute decision to visit St. Joseph's, We were glad the Baymont had availability. We always stay here and are very satisfied. The location is convenient, right off the highway, and a short drive to the beach.The rooms, pool and public area are always clean, and breakfast was great. The afternoon host, Robert is absolutely amazing! He is consistently friendly and welcoming, even when very busy with guests. I would recommend this property! more

at first I thought that may stay will be as sane as other motel. But I am glade I chose this place to stay. I enjoy hot shower, clean comfortable bed, writing disk, and a cup of coffee. It was a pleasant stay. more

Traveling to the east coast for the holidays this was a good stopping point so we could be past the Chicago morning rush hour. We had our small dog and they could accommodate and the neighborhood was more desirable than others in the So. Chicago area. more

This hotel has SMOKING rooms. But unlike other hotels, the rooms do not smell like old ashtrays, they actually air them out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual fare, but the coffee was fantastic. It is conveniently located to Midway Airport and Illinois Tollway. I plan to stay there every time I come to the Chicagoland area, which is once or twice a year. I was so satisfied with the Baymont (price, cleanliness and staff) that I purposely looked for a Baymont on my way home. more

The Baymont Inn in Alsip is conveniently close to our relatives on the south side of Chicago. The rates are reasonable and the rooms come with a modest ""free"" breakfast. The hotel is relatively clean and the house cleaning staff do a good job of cleaning up. Right now the exterior of the Baymont Inn is being repainted as are some of the rooms. This activity creates some minor parking inconveniences, but these are short term. As usual the Inn was crowded so we could not get adjoining rooms for a suite, but the staff did get us a separate adjoining room the second and third nights of our stay. The Inn is a good value for cost conscious customers more
