Yvonne Annoh DO was at the ER when we came in at Baylor in Plano, with our son in law. What a mistake to go there. DO Annoh came in the room with out introducing herself. Sour face, no smile, rude too. We asked her to talk to our doctor that he wants to speak to her, since we called our personal doctor on our way to the ER, but she refused. When our doctor called in, she refused to talk to him, saying how does she know it he is our doctor...When we heard from the conversation that it was our personal doctor, we told her that all info should be given to him. Then she put him on a speaker phone. What if he wanted to tell her about my son in law's health ( and he did ) and not in front of his parents in law??? Our doctor requested a test, and her first answer was that they do not do it in the ER. Few minutes later she did the test...Avoid her at all cost. Better, go to another hospital if in need for ER. more

Impressed with Baylor at Plano! 3/30/2011

Food is great and I really appreciated being able to order food as needed. I am a nurse and I have never had food service like this. I would recommend Baylor Plano as a nurse. I know what they do. These nurses do everything (clean hands, knock, introduce themselves, etc.) more

Very helpful for overall health 3/25/2011

They made me feel comfortable when I was fully prepared to be freaked out. This was so much better than any hospital I?ve been to since I was a kid. more

I really am grateful to them for taking such great care of my mother while she was there, and for being so patient and understanding not only with her but with family as well. Feeling Better! 12/30/2010

I do not like to go to the doctor. No one does. But I had an experience at Baylor Regional that I thought I should share. When you are sick, no one wants to have to jump through hoops to get into see a doctor. Here I did not have to wait. I showed up at my appointment time and I got right in to see the doctor. I was treated with care that I felt was over the top. Being sick is hard enough so I was delighted to meet a staff that will help me feel better. more

Perhaps the best doctor appointment I have ever been to. The doctor and staff were unbelievable. The X-Ray teche was awesome and my daughter really liker her. She explained the process and was helpful and easy to understand. The environment and kind spirit helped my 11 year old daughter feel comfortable! more

bad er doc 12/28/2010

Spent four hours there in Aug. ER dr ordered a billion tests while I am doped up on morphine. Since I had no fever and very few symptoms orfering a CAT scan was crazY according to the two docs I saw after. As far as I'm concerned they saw my insurance card and went nuts. Asked to have it reviewed to no avail. I will never go here again. Use Methodist in Richardson. They will not rob you. more

Shawn was very nice and helpful to explain my situation and the next steps. The staff was amazing. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. They eased my nerves. The very comfortable atmosphere made me feel very relaxed and confident in their treatment. Everyone was friendly and the courtesy of care provided was above and beyond anything that I expected. more

Got Right In! 12/14/2010

When you are sick the last thing you want to do is wait to be seen. At Baylor, I got right in. I called ahead to see if they had an appointment and when I arrived I was put in a room within minutes. I was so pleased. When the nurses and doctors saw me, they were very polite. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. more

Access to Care 11/22/2010

I am a 42 year old patient who had a great experience at Baylor Medical. I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was called in to be seen after arriving at the facility. Then after I was in the room, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by a doctor. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the courtesy of the person who scheduled my appointment was outstanding. This was great experience and I would recommend this staff of doctors to anyone looking for superb medical care and customer service. more

Top of the Line Care 11/15/2010

I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the office and the time that I was processed through. They worked with my busy schedule and were sensitive to the fact that I was in pain. Everyone was super nice. Shawn was especially nice and helpful. He explained my situation and walked me through the next steps. Amazing. And extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was nervous coming in, but they eased my nerves. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. They made me feel very relaxed and confident in their treatment. more

Worst hospital 3/25/2010

My husband has cancer,he had his surgery here & I tried to move him after the first night it was so bad!!!\r His leg pump machine broke & it took 3 calls & 4 hours to get a new one!\r His ivy was leaking one nurse fixed it,leaked again & ten minutes later then another nurse came in an was actually arguing with him that it wasn't leaking ....it was & she finally fixed it\r then after crying stress and everything else at 7:00 I asked the nurse when they bring him his dinner will they bring mine??????\r Uhhh NO- I needed a credit card !!!!!!!!!!! Any tray other then patients was $10.00 per meal per day!! I am serious!!!! \r Then I asked for 2 pillows the family chair is sooo aweful then the nurse NO!!!!!! One pillow was all I was allowed!\r Leave ...run don't walk from this aweful horrible place!!! more

Fantastic Hospital 2/14/2008

I can't say enough about Baylor Regional at Plano. I stayed there for 10 days last summer and they took such good care of me. They even had a menu for me to order my meals from. Nurses and staff are great more
