Bayhill gym is a small but comfortable place to work out. They have a number of exercise equipment to choose from. It's clean and neat and best of all, doesn't smell like a sweats...

No Frills workout 2/15/2009

Definitely no frills-- everything's in one big room. Most of the machines/equipment are a bit old and needs to be repaired by someone in the profession, not the owner. That being said, the classes are decent and some are free with membership. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, but the cleaning is being done during the mid-morning hours ie. vacuum cleaner and the price is right-- $25 a month if you do a debit card! I was told the price has been the same for years and years and years... which I have to say is impressive. 3 stars because it's not fancy, and room for improvement ie repairs needed. Pros: plenty of parking, clean locker rooms Cons: need towel racks, change towels to clean equipment more often more

Love this Gym! 1/28/2009

This is a great gym, small, friendly atmosphere. Everyone treated so nicely. Clean, great equipment, great classes. Especially love Colleen on Monday nights. Convenient location, nearby stores. The kids classes are the best, my son's been going for a few years and loves it. more

Excellent gym 10/13/2006

One of the best gyms in south city in my opinion. They have a kick boxing class which children 14 years and above is welcome to take. The gym is small but very very well equipt with the latest machines. I never have a hard time getting on a machine that I need. Wonderful staff. Very affordable. more

Bayhill 10/12/2006

I love the fact that Bayhill is a gym. You can come here and work out with your teens and I feel that it encourages them to take better care of their bodies. This place is small but very clean and the staff is fabulous. more

My family has been going there for the past few years. It's a friendly environment with some really nice people, especially Dave. Not a place to socalize, but gets right to the point when working out. PROS: Gets to the point! CONS: more

The Best Kickboxing Classes on the Peninsula 9/28/2006

Lori is the Best Kickboxing Teacher. You feel like Rocky Balboa after leaving her classes!! She does something different every class and all her classes are great!! Get a schedule and go to Lori's classes!!! PROS: Located right in Bayhill Shopping Center CONS: more

Bayhill Gym 2/22/2006

Bayhill gym is located in the back corner of bayhill mall, right near Mollie Stone's. I did not notice it at first until someone pointed it out to me. I walked in to discuss membership options. the staff was very friendly, not at all pushy like other gyms that I have visited. They walked me around the facility which was okay for a private gym. Nothing really spectacular, but neat and clean. However, I found that the price was just not right for me. They were a little on the expensive side for being such a small gym. And they also close early on Sundays's which is my one day off. more

Bayhill gym is a small but comfortable place to work out. They have a number of exercise equipment to choose from. It's clean and neat and best of all, doesn't smell like a sweatshop. Their employees are rather friendly and helpful and if you want to join some of their classes to help you trained, you are more than welcomed. It's a great place to keep fit and very convienient location. more

Bayhill fitness center is a cozy and quaint local neighborhood gym. The owner is extremely nice and acts as if he has known you for years. It is always pleasant and relaxing at bay hill gym. The gym never gets extremely packed. They offer several classes that work you to the bone. The gym staff takes a genuine interest in their customer. There is no pressure to be someone you are not and all the patrons seem to be happily to themselves. more
