Bayberry Place Townhomes

I live here for only a month now. Bayberry are the worse apartment I ever lived in my life im 36 years old. They dont take care inside or the outside of the apartment. I have markers written on my wall from the previous person that lived here. They have a piece of board nailed to wall in my boys room im assuming to cover up a whole in the wall. The bathroom are no nasty. They show you a model apartment which is so nice but then give you the nasty apartment. Apartments are very cheap made. Walls are so thin u hear everything from your neighbors. I also have neighbors that smoke weed and it smells like they are smoking weed in my apartment. They charge 700 a month. PLEASE DONT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENT IT BE YOUR WORSE MISTSKE EVER LIKE IT IS MINES more

I would like to echo the review posted in January 08. Unfortunately I moved into this place without knowing the problems and have been sorry since day one. In October 2008 a resident was robbed at gunpoint; several residents have weekend parties lasting all weekend with loud music contently playing. Trash after parties draws rats and other insects. Cars are broken into and property is stolen. And yes, this place does draw in some of the loudest rude residents around. In addition residents living there work on cars all hours of the day and night while drinking beer and playing loud music. Large dump trucks are allowed to park on the street in the area causing driving obstacles and danger to the children around. I observed a child on a skateboard almost get hit because the driver did not see him from behind this big truck. Several of the units are in need of major repairs and the appliances in the units are old. Management indicates it is working on the problems, I believe they should sc more

This place is mice infected, townhouses are constantly spray for bed bugs, residence are always tearing down and repairing their cares in the parking lots, which reminds me, parking is horrible. Horns blow all night long, residence are always seen in the summer lying on the grass either smoking grass or drinking beer. This place draws in some of the most loudest, rudest residents. This place even has it's own resident transient. Speeding cars, I seen two children hit by speeding cars in one summer. Management couldn't get any worse, as long as you pay your rent, you and nothing else matters. They seem to look away at the goings on. more
