My husband and I just recently moved out. The only reason we didn't move the first chance we had was because we couldn't.
The staff doesn't take complaints very seriously. They had a contractor come in and fix our carpet. The contractor destroyed our coffee table and it took them 4 months to reimburse us for it through our rent. I was asked by the manager why I didn't just write my rent for less the table even though I couldn't get anyone to give me anything in writing that I could do that. When we complained about the parking problems, we were told ""That sucks, I know I live here too"". They claim to be fixing the parking issue, but are only going to exacerbate the problem by allowing VISITORS to park in RESIDENT parking spots until 8pm. The hardest time to get parking is after 4pm. We would sometimes have to park on the other side of the building behind ours.
The commercial building fire alarm goes off practically once every other week, requiring you to evacuate until the Fire Department gets there and there is an individual fire alarm going off practically every night. It is noisy and you can hear every apartments alarm go off in the complex.
They require you to have your carpets professionally clean along with nickle and diming you out of your security deposit. My husband and I spent a full day scrubbing our apartment to look even nicer than when we moved in and they still charged us for things that were in better condition than when we were given the apartment.
I would NOT recommend this place.
Pros: Landscaping decent, trash man extremely nice and competent
Cons: parking, office staff, fire alarms, gates hardly closed
