When it comes to customer satisfaction, this place CANNOT be beat. Dr. Arora is a stickler for great service and it shows. That alone has made me a loyal customer. Frame selection is vast, prices are very competitive (especially if you're a VSP member), turnaround time for lenses is quick (sometimes can be done in less than 30 mins if you're in a hurry), and oh...did I mention the EXCELLENT customer service? more

Geat optometrist 11/9/2009

I recently moved to the Bay Area, and had a difficult time finding an eye doctor. Ths place was close so thought I'd try it, and am happy I did. The staff is very professional and helpful. Got my eyes examined by Dr. Arora she was thorough and she explained everything to me. Definitely recommend it if you're a fan of cool, hip, contemporary eye wear. The best part was my glasses was ready the next day. more
