Dr. Coleman, you lost your temper and treated me like a piece of trash when I came to you for a follow-up appointment after having a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis for a history of bilateral renal cell carcinoma. This was right after I asked you a question about the possibility of my renal cell carcinoma metastasizing. You thought I was questioning your decision to do my scan without contrast, because my creatinine had been running 1.7. I told you I respect you as a physician, and a person, and I wasn’t questioning your judgment. You stated that I should know how an office runs, since I’ve worked for one before. You’re absolutely right, but the physicians I worked for treated their patient’s with the utmost respect. That is the difference between YOU and them. Your behavior towards me was way out of line, utterly, and totally disrespectful of another human being. I will pray for your patients, that you may learn to respect them, especially the elderly and the mentally ill, as they tend to be easily abused by aggressive people as yourself. \r
