We've used Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath for multiple projects. They've done our kitchen counter tops, wood flooring, and tile flooring. We like the gal we've worked with, she could come into our house and tell us what would and wouldn't work. She was wonderful and we would go with the tiles she recommended or ones very close to it. The price is right and we're very happy with their work. We've already recommended them to a lot of friends and they've used their services, too. more

Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath did a perfect job! 3/6/2014

Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath did a whole interior remodel for me. They did new flooring, bathrooms and built a closet. They did exactly what they were hired to do in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of their work was very impressive. They were able to point out problems for me that I did not know existed and fix them as well. Everything looks absolutely perfect! more

Personalized service and attention to detail 3/3/2014

We just purchased a new home, and Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath is doing a downstairs renovation for us. They're working on the kitchen floor and doing elements of the downstairs bathrooms. It's our first time using them. We're still in the throes of the work, but so far so good. The service is personalized, and they have good attention to detail. They were instantly part of the project. more

I've been using Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath for years and they've done a lot of remodeling for my home: ktichen refacing, redone bathrooms, tile, wood, and carpet. It's all be done by them and I've referred a lot of people to them. more

Excellent work! 2/3/2014

I used Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath about 15 or 20 years ago. I worked at a bank, and they did a lot of foreclosure work for me. Since I was familiar with them, I called them recently to do work for me. I like the quality of their work. We got new kitchen cabinets and new appliances. They also worked on our laundry area, and we got new tile floors. It was a lot of work, and they did it on time. It turned out really good! more

A very professional and customer-oriented service! 1/14/2014

Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath completely gutted and redid our master bath. They took out the tub and added a huge shower. Along with installing new cabinets, they put in new tile floors, tile walls and granite counter tops. It was our first time using them, and the work turned out excellent. They did a very professional job! more

Great until the very end 1/13/2014

The workers from Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath did a wonderful job until the very end. I had a light fixture that was broken and I made a phone call to have it fixed and a month and a half went by and I did not hear from them. So I called again and they responded that they had forgotten about it and they would take care of it as soon as possible. However, to this day I do not know if they ever got around to fixing it. more

Very pleasant people to work with 1/6/2014

We have nothing but positive things to say about Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath. We got quotes from two other companies. Bay Tile fell in the middle of the two, but we felt they were the most professional. We had them redo the tile in our living room, and they also redid a bathroom for us. The estimate they gave us matched the final price; there were no additional surprise charges. The installers were very nice. They arrived at the time and day they said they would. It took them about four days to complete everything. It was a very pleasant experience. We liked working with them so much that we even hired them to do another bathroom for us. If you are considering using Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath, you need not hesitate! more
