Went to Bay State to comparison shop against the supply house my contractor recommended. Bay State blew the other company away! I am thrilled with the prices and the service has been outstanding. I've recommended them to everyone I've talked to about my new bathroom. I definitely will do business with them again. more

Went to purchase bathroom items--tub, toilet, fixtures. 3 people were sitting at a desk area talking (BS ing) ---none got up to help us. We wondered around showroom for 10-15 minutes before one salesman decided to help us. His attitude was one of lack of caring whether we purchased anything or not. It was like we were bothering them. Very poor serivce, Would definately NOT buy from them. Our builder referred us to them and I was sure to tell the builder what shabby treatment we received. I am telling everyone about the treatment we received at Bay State Plumbing. I run two businesses and would NEVER treat a potential customer the way we were treated.
