Great Eye Doctor 3/18/2011

Dr. Anzaldi has been my eye doctor for over 20 years and he is Terrific. He has a great personality and spends as much time as needed with me until all my questions and concerns are addressed. The equipment he has is all computerized and state of the art in his exam room. The frame selection area is very upscale. His office has lots of designer frames to choose from like Gucci, Prada and Dolce and Gabanna. I was helped by a very nice lady in selecting my glasses and they called me the next day to tell me they were ready. Excellent service from a caring Doctor and his staff. more

Exam and glasses 10/26/2010

my partner and I went to get our eyes examined and purchased glasses. I liked the Doctor and the woman who helped us select our glasses was very helpful. My only complaint is that once we purchased the frames, I later learned the frames I ordered were on back order- it was sort of too late to take my order elsewhere... more

Bad Timing 12/26/2008

I have been going here for years basically because it's close to my home. But as a previous reviewer stated the receptionist is very rude. My doctor made an appt. for me and when i showed up i told here i had an appt. and she said "no you don't" ..... that's it! No, " sorry but i don't see you in the computer" " I Can make an appt. now". Nope, just..."no you don't". Then I ordered glasses and they said they would call me when they came in, 8 weeeks later nothing, so i called them and of course they say "They are here". Thanks for the call. I must say that the doctors are very nice and they are why i haven't left already. more

Bad receptionist 12/8/2008

I've been going there for 10 yrs now and they could use a new receptionist , the girl they have now is rude and actually talks to the customers like they are stupid. Since they hired her I dread going there and even a simple phone call seems to hectic. Its really amazing they still keep her knowing how many considerate and kind people need jobs and could fill hers and give their patients respect. more

Don't bother........ 9/1/2005

I used to like this place......but over the last couple of years the store has become very dirty looking. They do accept most insurance vision plans. But if you mention that you have a vision plan, they direct you to a certain counter and tell you that you can choose from any pair of eyeglass frames there. Well, almost all of them are very similar. some are even the same exact style, just in seven different colors. Choice is extemely limited. I am just not thrilled with this place at all. I won't be going back. more
