New Furnace installation 7/25/2011

Bay Point came and went within hours and I had a new furnace - have been heating with wood for years so this is going to be a real treat this winter! Just use my fancy new electronic thermostat and poof - got heat! more

They took a personal interest in their work. 7/22/2011

Bay Point Plumbing was good. I had the field manager out here doing the work and he took a personal interest in it, so it was good. I gave them a 4, but it wasn't a problem with Bay Point Plumbing necessarily. The equipment was faulty in some cases, so they had to do and redo stuff a couple of times. more

Very responsive and timely. 7/18/2011

Bay Point Plumbing was very responsive. They were willing to work with us long distance to install a furnace in a house we haven't even moved into yet. They did everything long distance, and they were very timely. I'm hoping they did a great job. I think everything is fine, and I'm expecting everything will be fine when we see it. more

Very Professional 8/17/2010

I am writing this review because I was very surprised by the other gentlemens review!!! I have lived in Bellingham for four years now and the only plumbing company that I have dealt with is Bay Point. I feel like the quality of their work is worth every penny. I have never had to call them back after a repair. They always show up when they say they will. I can trust them to be in my home without even being there and can also trust them to lock up when they leave. When my hot water tank burst in the middle of the night they answered the phone at 2am and were there in about 30 minutes to get the water shut off and the mess cleaned up. And were back first thing in the morning with a new tank. I recommned them to anyone who wants professional quality work done in their home!!! more

Over priced 11/18/2008

I used this company for a furnace repair four weeks ago. I was charged 480.00 for a repair that other companies charge 300 to 320.00 for. After I complained, the tech, Barry Schneider, agreed the price was too high and that I would be given a new charge of 320.00 plus tax. As I had paid in cash at time of service, he would send me a refund. Four weeks later, I have not received any refund, but I did receive an updated receipt justifying the original charge of 480.00. Too late for me, but not you. I am retired and do not represent any company or service. My goal is to save others from companies like this. Questions-592-1137. Bill Yancey Cons: overpriced more
