Spot-on professionalism 4/8/2014

As soon as I approached the service bay, I was greeted, my car's needs assessed, and I was shown to the waiting area. A scant 25 minutes later, I was told my car was ready. I knew it only needed a routine oil change, but other dealerships would have tried to "pad" the bill with other things. I can trust Bay not to do that. Way to go, "guys"! Thanks! more

One of the main things I look for in a dealership is the service department. At Bay, I am always greeted quickly, my car is serviced quickly, and the price is very good. Dissatisfaction with service is why I left the dealership where I had bought two cars previously. more

Service personnel are great! But your service prices are higher. I went to Auto Zone and got a Hyundai battery almost $100.00 cheaper. Also, the tires quoted were way over the top. Sorry, but I have to watch my pennies. I would recommend buying a Hyundai and will buy one again, but will have service done elsewhere if you quote to high. more

Excellent Customer Service 12/12/2013

brought car in for minor repairs and the service was exceptional, They fixed my issue and advised me of the recall items and fixed those as well, no additional charges. when I picked up my they cleaned and shampooed my carpets... excellent, excellent, excellent... ask for John or Mike what a great bunch of guys! more
