What a horrible male driver on Saturday afternoon at 2pm today (January 7, 2012. He was driving with his middle finger pointing at the sky, dangerously and disrepectfully. Seems they would have some sort of self discipline and courtesy while driving those dangerous cargos around the island. This incident occurred on William Floyd Parkway, between Route 25A and Route 25. more

Unprofessional people. They tried to scam me with all kinds of fees. Avoid this company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. more

Bad Company Avoid This Company 12/14/2011

Very unprofessional people. They tried to force me to buy a rusty, more than ten years old tank with a safety issue for price of a brand new one full of gas. I would never reccomend this company, even to my enemy. Bad practice and tried to scam the customers. They ignore the customers. more

After 10 years of hit and miss service, I decided to go with Petro for LP. Too bad A-B doesnt realize they have competition, or they really would do better in the customer relations dept. more

Avoid this company 10/4/2010

They stole two 100 gal tanks that I owned - claiming that I had rented the tanks. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt so lacked proof. We came up with a verbal arrangement where they brought back a tank rent free that they would recover when I sold the house. Three years later they abrogated the verbal agreement.. They took the tank and would not credit me for the nearly full tank of propane. They then lied about the incident to the Better Business Bureau after I filed a complaint. Avoid this company! more
