For a mother of two teenage daughters and two step teenage daughters BAY CUSTOM AUTO has been a blessing...we have had multiple cars in the shop and the customer service and workmanship is without a dought rare these days...We as parents appreciate the time and effort the employees put in to make our cars like new and our daughters appreciate how clean they get their car back an added bonus Bay Custom provides. more

Terrible body shop. 8/5/2010

U had my 2003 nissan frontier repaired at bay custom auto.it was a horrible experience. I highly recommend if you want the job done right you take your vehicle else where.The customer service is bad they will look you right in the face and lie and try to tell you some bullshit to make there job easier on themselves.I would hope nobody wants to do business with people like that. more

Good place to go 2/1/2010

Bay Custom Auto is a good place to go. The people that work there are knowledgable and they know what they're doing. Our Infinity QX-56 was damaged in a collision, and Bay Custom Auto knew exactly what to do. The truck looked better than new when we got it. They even installed a new DVD player for us. We love Bay and will always go there for our auto body work. Thank you Bay. more

I can't believe the service! Perfect! They took care of my paint fixing the scratches to the point you couldn't even tell they were there! Even better the price was less than the quote! Absolutely the best! Pros: Service, the best overall product more

A+ Job 2/28/2008

I have told all of my family, friends, and neighbors that this is the place to go! After getting t-boned a month ago Bay Custom restored my car and it looks better than it did before the accident. Very friendly staff and they went out of there way to help me deal with my insurance company. Pros: fast service more

Worst Customer Service 10/8/2007

This company was rated very highly during previous ownership. This company is very polite until the customer disagrees. Took 8 months to get vehicle back. Car was caught fire while being welded. Car was sent back and forth from repair shop to dealership for both repair shop errors and accident related problems. Paint job still has not been completely corrected (just gave up). Final trip to dealership from repair shop due to battery being run down was charged to me. I had to pay to get them to release car. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. more
