Don't offer your money to these guys. My brand new car was towed due to a faulty e-brake cable that allowed my car to roll into the street. Police were called and these guys were the ones to respond to the call. My first impression when arrive to the company was am I going to be raped and/or murder. It truly didn't even look like a business. The office was inside of a small garden shed, plus I had to wait over 30 minutes because they had no way to run my card without the towing gentleman there. How do you manage a business when the gentleman that can cash people out is out picking up cars, there was even another person there waiting for the same thing, who knows how long they waited. I got in my car and took off.\r

I just noticed my front bumper and all my rims are damaged, I hadn't even owned the car for more than 3 weeks at that point, and I've just finally made my first payment this week. Both sides of my bumper have marks and dents where the straps were placed, along with my rims. I had called to talk with the owner or someone who handled such claims. I was on the phone with a guy for less than 2 minutes and within those few seconds I was yelled at, called a liar, a b*tch, and multiple profanities were yelled at me. All due to when I exclaimed that I wasn't a liar. I didn't even get the chance to offer to send photos or to bring my car down and settle this like adults. \r

You can't treat people this way. It was completely uncalled for and extremely offensive. I will filing reports with the BBB and hope that this does not happen to another individual. \r
