Worst

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Not only did they measure a girl wrong, they "misplaced" the same dress twice, not all of the tuxedos came in and the grooms tux was the wron...

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Not only did they measure a girl wrong, they "misplaced" the same dress twice, not all of the tuxedos came in and the grooms tux was the wrong color. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place unless you want your wedding party all messed up! more

Love them! 6/23/2008

I thought Bay Bridal was awesome. I have been to a couple other places that were just there to sell, and were trying to get me to buy things that I didn't really like. This place was great, my bridesmaid and I went in and just started grabbing dresses. And tried on whatever we wanted, the staff was great, they were there to help if we needed them, but weren't over pushy. It was a great experience. more

Great for tuxes 10/13/2005

I had to rent a tux last minute for my son's prom. They had the fitting, ordering, and alterations done in three days! This was spectacular! Being prom-time, they were swamped but they were very helpful and very reasonalby priced. The store is in an old house so it's a little cramped, but the selections are great. I have not had a reason to shop there for anything other than tuxes but I will certainly be visiting them for my next formal occasion! PROS: Fast, prompt, reasonably priced, nice selection CONS: more

Slightly Overpriced. . . 9/5/2005

When searching for my wedding dress I attempted to look in this establishment. I found the staff, although helpful, to be slightly pushy, following around and offering suggestions constantly when I was, "just looking." If you like this kind of one on one attention this may be the store for you. However if you get suffocated easily I suggest looking around. more
