I did not find a quite a large selection to choose from. It has extensive selection on some topics, but few of others. It is a used book store but all their books are in really good condition, so they tend to overprice their newer books by quite a bit in comparison to other used book stores. Their older books are a lot more affordable however, and if you can find the title you are interested in then very much worth buying. Regarding customer service ive had only good experiences with the people there. more

Bay Books in Concord has a huge selection of used books. Their prices are pretty reasonable and definitely a great deal when compared to buying new. They are also pretty good about taking your old books for credit. The staff is pretty friendly and usually willing to help you find what you need. more

Good selection, hit or miss customer service 8/18/2005

The strong point of Bay Books is its large selection of books. Their wide variety includes children's books, classics, poetry, mysteries, fashion, cooking, and much more. The weak point of Bay Book is its hit or miss customer service. Some times I will receive lackluster help, while other times the staff is attentive and friendly. The hit or miss customer service makes it difficult to review. more
