terrible service. Pool had bugs, algae and debris. I was met with sarcasm and patronization. They attempted to fix problem by sending supervisor. Well there WAS the problem. He admitted the pool in its current condition was not acceptable but that he did not know me from Adam and that he did not believe that the bugs and debris were from yesterday. I could not believe this was there version of customer service. Like they were doing me a favor by coming to my home to complete a job that was not done correct the first time. I told the provider to leave my property and take equipment with him! This is no way to treat a three year customer. He left by saying he didn't come here to be ""bitch$d"" at. This was while my children were in the other room. When I told him swearing was not appropriate he it became obvious that swearing was so much apart of his vocabulary that he didn't even recognize it and told me ""Bitc*&d at was not a swear"" You can not make this stuff up. STAY CLEAR more

Terrible!! They just broke my filter system a week ago and let my pool off. No response yet! Worse service ever. more

I just had my pool redone and did not quite know how to care for it (and to be honest did not really even want to do it) when my of my new neighbors told me about Bay Area Pool Service. All I had to do was make one simple call, now they come out clean my pool and add chemicals if needed on a monthly basis. My pool is always sparkling clean and their slogan is right, They do all the work, While I have all the Fun!! more

This is the best pool cleaning company in Florida. They have never missed a day and show up like clockwork. My pool guy is punctual and dresses nice and is always well mannered. I guess their motto is true. They do all the Work, We have all the Fun. We would only hire Bay Area Pool Service to clean our pools and so should you. more

I have used Bay Area Pools both in Tampa and Naples and have received excellent service. My pools are always sparkling clean, all my valves are tight with no leaks, the pump is on maintained and on timers, I have to worry about nothing. Thank you Bay Area Pools, you are the best pool cleaning company in Florida. more
