My experience with Bay Area Heating & Cooling has been good so far. I've only had one service call, but they were responded quickly and scheduling with them was really easy to do....

I think they're more costly than other places, but they provide excellent service and are very responsive and attentive to their customers needs. I've been a happy customer for about four years now. very friendly staff,prompt service! 3/11/2011

I set up a yearly maintance for my outdoor unit for Tuesday. I was busy and forgot about the appoinment until I received a phone call to let me know a serviceman was on the way. I am so glad they called! I rushed home and within an hour my service was complete. I noticed the technician pulled out a lot of pollen and caterpillars from my unit I didnt even know was there. He did a great job and Im glad I had this service done before I tuned on my unit!! Thank You Bay Area! more

Bay Area Heating & Cooling were very punctual. They were professional and very efficient. They took time to explain things to us. They were neat, and cleaned up when they were done. We'd use them again. more
