A friend recommended us to these guys. We had heard they have very competitive prices on flooring and good service, so when we found out they weren?t at their old address in Campbell, we were a little distraught. Luckily, we tracked them down to their new location in Willow Glen. It was well worth the drive. John is fantastic to deal with. My fianc? and I went there, and we didn?t really know what we wanted to do in terms of, well everything?style, color, thickness, texture?you name it. Worse we both had different opinions. John was very patient with us and gave us a ton of great advice. We spent about 2 hours in his store, and he answered all of our questions. He even offered advice, which we really appreciated. At other stores we visited, rather than be put out, the salespeople would only offer something like, ?Well, it depends on many factors.? John gave us a great deal and hooked us up with his best installer?a professional flooring installer with over 25 years of experience. We were just as impressed with the installation services. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time (in fact, they waited on me), and the installation was flawless. As with every job, we had a few unexpected things come up. I was impressed that the installers handled the issues in stride. We even changed plans on them?twice?initially we were going to do laminate on the stairs, then we decided to do carpet, then we want back to laminate! Again, they took it in stride, and offered tidbits of advice to help us make the right decision. Having decided to go with laminate in the end, we had to have the stair nose cut off of each step to accommodate laminate. The installer graciously agreed to stop by for just ? hour to cut them off (at no additional cost to us). This was a big help to us, as it made painting the sides of the stairs a whole lot easier (a lot less taping). We can?t say enough good things about these guys?good up front service, great pricing and installation, and overall customer service. We couldn?t be happier! We?ve already recommended them to our next door neighbor.
