When Baxter's first opened, they were great. The food was top notch, the service was good and the prices were reasonable. Now, the prices have gone up, the quality of the food has declined to near-McDonald's inediblity (cheap, chalky fries, discount, tasteless salad dressings, over-ripe produce (lettuce, tomatoes, onions), stale buns, etc.) and the service is unreasonably slow. When a customer walks in, the bartender should stop cutting up limes and greet them, not ignore the new guest at the bar for ten minutes. I was terribly disappointed with my two most recent visits to Baxter's, and do not think there will be another.
Cons: Inconvenient parking, slow service, bad food, and overpriced.
