We are a privately owned and operated facility run by Doctor Karen Baxter Furno and Doctor Monica Walsh Caraciolo both New York State Licensed Physical Therapists. We specialize in general orthopedic disorders, womens health issues including pregnancy-related sciatica, and work related injuries. We have been a part of the community for over 10 years with 75% of our referrals coming from word of mouth.
